In this case, we: Selected high-drain NiMH cells with enhanced cycle stability (800+ cycles) Designed tab-connected and shrink-packed battery packs with precise polarity control Integrated spot-welded nickel strips, PVC wrapping, and custom wire leads for seamless plug-and-play installation Applied triple-layer quality control, including capacity sorting, internal resistance testing, and simulated load tests Our packs are widely compatible with handheld devices, medical tools, and consumer electronics—where reliability and safety matter most. 02 | Advanced Li-SOCl₂ Batteries — Built for Long-Term Field Deployment Lithium Thionyl Chloride (Li-SOCl₂) batteries demand precision—from material purity to sealing technique.
